How do I place a custom order?
Simply contact us directly. We’ll walk you through the options, chat about your space, and provide sketches or finish samples if needed.

What’s the lead time for a custom desk?
Lead times vary depending on the design and finish. If the desk you’re after isn’t in stock, we’ll provide an estimate or suggest something similar that's ready to go.

Are your desks made from solid timber?
Yes – all of our desks are made from solid timber. They're built to last with quality craftsmanship and natural materials.

Do your desks come with drawers?
Some styles include drawers (like the Newport, Louvred, and Bahamas). Others, such as the Modern Desk, are available with or without drawers. We can also customise drawer options.

How do I care for my timber desk?
Dust regularly with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. A little care will keep your desk looking beautiful for years.

Do the desks come assembled?
Yes – most of our desks are delivered as one solid piece, fully assembled. In some cases, drawers may be removed for transport and easily slotted back in on arrival.

Will your team deliver and install the desk for me?
We offer delivery across Sydney and can assist with placing your desk in the right room. If you’re interstate, we’ll arrange freight and provide assembly guidance if needed.

Can the desks be disassembled for tight access?
Most of our desks are one-piece builds and cannot be disassembled. We recommend measuring doorways or stairwells in advance – or contact us to double-check sizing and access options.
