We'll begin the design process by contacting you and scheduling a home visit, typically within about 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Step 1 - Home Visit or Virtual Meeting

We start by visiting your home or setting up a Zoom meeting, where you'll meet either Poppy or Florence for a friendly chat. We'll talk about your style, what you want your space to look and feel like, and how you and your family go about your daily life. In just 1 to 2 hours, we'll take some photos, measurements, and have an insightful chat to lay the groundwork so we can begin the design process.

Step 2 - Design Proposal

After about 2 weeks, we'll welcome you back to our shop for a productive session. Here, we'll share thoughtful suggestions and show you a variety of items that would suit your space. Our proposals will be full of images, dimensions, prices, and even samples, making it easy for you to picture the transformation.

• Initial on-site home visit, showroom meeting or Zoom call. The home visit is limited to a 1.5 hour visit.
• Comprehensive Excel quote for interior items.
• Printed mood board for main living areas.
• General interior design advice and layout.
• Furniture, lighting, rugs & soft furnishing suggestions.
• Window treatment guidance (blinds, curtains, shutters).
• Follow-up showroom meeting for concept explanation & samples.
• Limit of 15 hours of skilled expertise dedicated to your project. (Hours are for our "up to 4 rooms" package)

*Furniture, homewares, rugs, and lighting are all sold separately and not included in the design price.

*Furniture delivery & assembly are charged separately and depend on distance travel and access to the property.
