• Are your sofas made in Australia?
  Both! Our custom-made sofas are handcrafted locally, while our stock range is imported from a trusted supplier in China we've worked with for many years.

• What’s inside the cushions – and do they hold their shape?
  Our stock Byron and Clareville sofas feature foam and feather seat cushions with a feather and fibre blend back — giving a medium-firm, supportive feel.

For custom sofas, we offer:

– Seat cushions: high-density foam, memory foam, or feather-wrapped
– Back cushions: polyester fibre or a feather/fibre blend

• Are your sofas suitable for homes with kids or pets?
  Yes – just let us know when choosing your fabric and we’ll help you find durable, easy-care options ideal for family living.

Can I customise my sofa – size, shape or fabric?
Yes – we offer full customisation. Choose your size, configuration (including L-shaped or modular), fabric, cushion fill, and leg design. We also offer custom upholstery and a range of comfort options.

Can you help with custom designs for tricky spaces?
Absolutely. If you’ve got a vision, a unique brief, or an awkward space, we can bring it to life with a fully bespoke sofa design.

• Are the linen slip covers good quality – and how do I care for them?
  Yes. Our slip covers are made from 100% stonewashed, heavy-weight linen — soft, relaxed, and designed to age beautifully.
  – Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment
  – Fluff and rotate cushions
  – Avoid direct sunlight
  – Blot spills immediately
  – Dry clean or use professional cleaning services

• How long does delivery take?
  For in-stock sofas, we offer fast delivery across the Northern Beaches and Greater Sydney. Custom sofas are made to order and typically take 4 to 6 weeks.
