Across our collection, we use carefully selected solid timbers chosen for their strength, beauty and timeless appeal. American Ash and American Oak are featured throughout our beds, bunks, sideboards, desks and custom-made pieces.

Our signature finishes are applied to solid timber, allowing the natural character of the wood to remain visible. As a natural material, no two pieces are ever exactly the same, and variation in grain and tone is to be expected and embraced. Every item is handmade and hand-finished, making each piece unique.

Our white finish is crafted from solid American Ash, painted in a soft white tone. While the colour is consistent, the natural grain of the ash timber may remain subtly visible beneath the finish, adding warmth and depth to the surface.

Limed Ash

Our standard 5% limed finish applied to solid American Ash. This light, washed effect softens the timber’s natural tone while gently highlighting the grain, creating a calm, relaxed look.

Natural Oak

Natural Variation

Solid timber is a natural material, and variation in grain, tone and texture is inherent to the tree and batch from which it is sourced. No two pieces are ever exactly the same. Over time, timber may continue to change subtly, with exposure to light, air and everyday use deepening colour and enhancing grain.

These qualities are part of the enduring appeal of solid timber furniture and contribute to its authentic, lived-in character.
